Every product is checked to ensure it is in good condition before it is shipped. If you receive a product
that is not in perfect condition, please email us photographs of the product, along with your contact
details within 7 days of obtaining your order to email@example.com
Products are classified as having defects if they are received damaged during shipment or due to a
manufacturing fault. Please note that any products that are damaged due to wear and tear are not
considered to be faulty.
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the products for an exchange within
7 days of receiving your order.
To exchange to another product, the price must be equal or higher. Shipping costs for the exchange will

exchange and provide your name, contact and order/invoice number.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure the items are properly
